THURSDAY NIGHT SITTING PRACTICE SANGHA/GROUP 6:30-8:00 PM.: This online weekly sitting meditation group practices in the mindfulness-based tradition established by Jon Kabatt-Zinn in the 1980's. The weekly Sangha is offered in the sanctuary of your own home via the ZOOM web conferencing platform. Participants who are new to meditation are encouraged to take my Introduction to Meditation course offered on Zoom. MONDAY MORNING SITTING GROUP: Share the intention of beginning your week with a 30 minute shared sitting practice, as we delve deeper into the unknown territories of COVID-19.
